After acquiring Connect Plus (previously known as Tas Page), Connextions moved into full Virtual Office and Contact Centre Services. Establishing themselves as a leader in Emergency Response, Field Monitoring and professional reception style solutions Connextions continues to diversify and expand by embracing the technology available to create cost effective, efficient, user friendly services. After spending many years planning, implementing and running successful Contact Centres on behalf of others, Emma left her position as National Customer Service Manager with Tasmanian icon Blundstone Australia to establish Connextions Australia in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. 

Emma's dedication to the business and to the level of service her clients receive is second to none. There is always a solution, always an opportunity to reassess how we conduct business and how we can do it better. With the launch of Internet Genie, expansion interstate and the introduction of new services including consulting, Emma and the Connextions Team have continued to provide cost effective solutions to increase productivity, decrease staffing requirements and physical office space needs whilst maintaining exceptional service levels.

Our operators undergo extensive training in Customer Service and develop exceptional skills that assist them in dealing with difficult clients and providing the best service possible. Only the best of the best are successful in completing training with Connextions.

Connextions has embraced current technology and now offers home based positions, allowing us to quickly increase staff in the event of an emergency in addition to offering roles to exemplary staff that may not be available under the constrictions of regular employment.
